Oieffur sells direct, so the same small team that designs the products answers the mail. Write to us before you order or after, and a person reads it.
Sizing and choosing
The size guide lists total length, usable length and maximum diameter for every product in every size. If you tell us what you already own and how it fits, we will point you at one size rather than a range.
Materials and care
Everything is cast in platinum-cured silicone. What that means for cleaning, lubricant and storage is set out on the materials page and in the care guide. Questions about a specific piece go to the same address.
Orders, delivery and returns
Rates, processing time and delivery estimates are in the shipping policy; replacements and refunds are in the refund policy. Shorter answers to the questions we get most are collected in the FAQ. To change an order you have already placed, write as early as you can and include the order number.
service@oieffur.com — we reply within 1 business day.
Orders arrive in unmarked packaging, with nothing on the outside that names the brand or the product. Details are on the discreet packaging page.
